This privacy policy explains what Glycomodes collects when you read these pages or place an order: the basics your browser sends, anything you type into an email or tell the order desk, and the order details the checkout passes back. We do not sell personal information. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
Who this policy covers
It covers glycomodes.com, published by Glycomodes, the usa authorized glycomode retailer. It covers the pages you read here and the messages you send to either desk.
It does not cover the checkout you are taken to when you click a buy button. That is operated by the merchant of record under its own policy, and your card details are handled there rather than here. It also does not cover the third-party sites we link to for references, such as NIH, NCCIH, Memorial Sloan Kettering and the FDA.

What we never ask for
Your full card number, your card security code or your online banking details, by phone or email. If someone claiming to be us asks, hang up and call +1 (302) 200-3480 yourself.
Why we collect it
- To run the site. Technical data keeps pages loading and shows us which ones break.
- To answer you. We cannot reply without an email address, or find an order without an order ID.
- To support orders. Tracking a parcel, changing an address and processing a refund all need order data.
- To improve the pages. Knowing which pages people actually read tells us where to spend effort.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Sales records have to be kept.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers to target you elsewhere.
Cookies and analytics
This site is built as static pages. It sets no advertising cookies of its own and runs no tracking pixel for an ad network. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data, and the checkout you are sent to will set its own cookies under its own policy.

Who else sees your data
- The checkout provider, which processes your payment and holds your card details under its own policy.
- The shipping carrier, which needs your delivery address to deliver a parcel.
- Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes server logs.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
Nobody else. We do not trade lists, rent email addresses, or pass your details to other supplement sellers.

Why this page is shorter than most
Privacy policies grow in proportion to what a site does with data. This one is short because this site is a set of static pages that sells nothing directly.
- No payment happens here. The checkout is elsewhere, under its own policy, and no card detail ever reaches this domain.
- No account, no login, no profile. There is nothing to sign into and nothing stored against you.
- No advertising network. No retargeting pixel, no ad cookie, nothing following you to another site.
- No newsletter sign-up. We do not collect email addresses for marketing.
- No embedded third-party widgets. No social feeds, no chat box, no font or script loaded from a tracker.
What is left is ordinary server logs, whatever you choose to type into an email, and order data the seller's checkout passes back so the desk can support your order. That is genuinely the whole list, which is why the sections above are as brief as they are.

Do you share my email with the seller?
Only if your message concerns an order and needs to be passed to the order desk to be answered. If you tell us not to, we will tell you to call them directly instead.
Do you know what I read on this site?
In aggregate, at most: which pages get visits. Nothing on these pages identifies you, and there is no profile to attach a reading history to.
Can I read this site without being tracked at all?
Largely yes, and more so with a browser blocking third-party requests. The pages themselves load no tracker, no advertising script and no embedded social widget.
How do I have my data deleted?
Email the site desk and ask. If it concerns an order, the order desk holds that record rather than this site, and we will tell you so rather than pretending we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the version in force is the one on this page and the Last updated date at the foot of the site moves with it. We do not maintain an archive of previous versions, so if you need a record of the terms at the time you contacted us, keep a copy.
